ARM: EXYNOS: add support uart for EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5

Actually, the base address of uart is different between EXYNOS4
and EXYNOS5 and this patch enables to support uart for EXYNOS4
and EXYNOS5 SoCs at runtime.
