SYSFS: Explicitly include required header file slab.h.

After an experimental deletion of the unnecessary inclusion of
<linux/slab.h> from the header file <linux/percpu.h>, the following
files under fs/sysfs were exposed as needing to explicitly include
<linux/slab.h>.
