[ARM] pxa/magician: Update defconfig

This is the touched up result of make magician_defconfig in 2.6.29-rc2.
- Enabled USB host and bluetooth: magician has a CSR BlueCore3 connected
  to the PXA27x OHCI internally.
- Made I2C built-in.
