ARM: mmp: remove the legacy rbswap setting for ttc_dkb platform

According to new rbswap scheme of mmp_display, it support appropriate
rbswap setting based on specific pix_fmt, then we can remove the legacy
rbswap setting for ttc_dkb platform.
