x86: remove arch/x86/kernel/smpcommon_32.c
Yinghai Lu noticed that arch/x86/kernel/smpcommon_32.c got
renamed to arch/x86/kernel/smpcommon.c but the old almost-empty
file stayed around. Zap it.
