Merge branch 'pm-misc' into pm-for-linus

* pm-misc:
  CPU: Add right qualifiers for alloc_frozen_cpus() and cpu_hotplug_pm_sync_init()
  PM / Usermodehelper: Cleanup remnants of usermodehelper_pm_callback()
